MEMOR ANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY THE CORPORATION.

Memorandum that the Trustees of the Union Church in Hong Kong

The Corporation whose seal is hereunder affixed have this day

agreed to take up a Crown Lease of the lot described in the

foregoing particulars on the terms of and subject to the foregoing

conditions and the Corporation hereby agrees fully to observe and

perform the said conditions and to be bound thereby and the

Director of Public Works on behalf of His Excellency the Governor

hereby ratifies and confirms the grant on the above conditions.
